Fife High School
STEAM Center of Innovation
The Fife High School STEAM Center of Innovation earned a Merit Award from AIA Southwest Washington and an Outstanding Project Award from Learning by Design. Designed by McGranahanPBK and built by Pease Construction on a $25M voter-approved bond, the 31,000 SF three-story building replaced outdated science and art facilities with eleven purpose-built teaching stations including science labs, robotics, video production, graphic arts, and a student store organized around two shared commons areas. The building is phase one of a full campus transformation, anchored by a central mechanical plant designed to serve the entire Fife High School site for decades to come.
