Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay and now living in Seattle, preserving wetlands has always been important to me. Working with Parametrix at the Nisqually River Delta gave me the chance to capture how science and engineering can work with nature, not against it. It was a rewarding experience that blended my professional work with my personal passion for conservation.
